Whitetail Outfitters 2010 Trail Cam Pics

Whitetail Outfitters has joined the growing ranks of hunters utilizing trail cams as another way to expand their hunting experience. Not all bucks roam visibly in the day time hours and sometimes a photo of an unknown deer is just the incentive to hunt even harder where a big buck lives.

We have just begun our trail camera program but are going to be expanding every year because WE ARE HOOKED!

Here's some of the great photos we took this last season.

We checked a new camera and were rewarded with a few great bucks on it. We quickly set up a pop-up blind a few hundred yards away from camera and Pat Zannella harvested his beautiful 5x5; "Devil-Horns" twenty three hours after the photo was taken.

Don Carns was obviously extremely happy with his "pretty" deer he dumped with a perfect shot on Wednesday morning.

We are not the only hunters in this vast wilderness that we are privileged to roam. We found this beautiful buck killed by wolves two days after our last photo of him. Somehow they had managed to run him off a ridge where they were successful in taking him down in a swamp. "Grizz" holds the rack of "The Heartbreak Buck".

This beautiful buck is still roaming The Interlake. We can’t wait to see what he’ll look like and match wits with him again when we hunt that camp again in 2012!

This buck started out as a shooter…

Here's a few more of the pics we got this year. Stay tuned for lots more next fall!!
