Whitetail Outfitters offers wilderness hunts for whitetail deer in the Interlake Region of Manitoba. This area is extremely remote and rugged. There are no farmlands, no pasture, no agricultural activities or any residents living in the area hunted. The hunt is a seven-day hunt commencing Sunday and terminating the following Saturday. Your camp is very remote and consequently Sunday is used as a travel day to get into your camp. The prices quoted for the hunts offered by Whitetail Outfitters are all inclusive prices.

We pick you up Sunday morning in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and return you to Winnipeg the following Saturday evening and all costs (with the exception of liquor) incurred during the week will be our responsibility.

One of the most important segments of any guided hunt is the guide. Whitetail Outfitters has taken great time and effort in ensuring that all guides are courteous and knowledgeable. While you are in camp, the guides will look after all of your needs including transportation to the camp, to your tree stand and back, field dressing and transportation of your animal, caping and quartering your animal, cleaning, cooking, scouting the area for animals and setting up all tree stands. All you do is HUNT and RELAX!

As Whitetail Outfitters is providing a wilderness hunt, the accommodations do not have electricity or running water, however plenty of water is available for sponge baths and cleanup. The camps are clean, dry and warm and consist of two buildings 10' x 20'. One building is where the hunters sleep and no cooking is done in this building to minimize scent. In addition, the camps are heated with propane furnaces and there is no smell or variation in temperature which results from heating by oil burners and wood-buring stoves. You simply set the wall thermostat to the desired temperature and the propane furnace will maintain that temperature. The lighting systems used in these camps are propane lights. The camps have wooden insulated floors, end walls and four foot side walls with an insulated tarp for a roof. All these camps are mobile as they must be assembled and disassembled every year in accordance with guidelines issued by the Province of Manitoba.
